How fast do I get it?

Minutes. Your video lands on your screen and in your inbox, usually before you finish bragging that you ordered it.

How long are the videos and what do they cost?

15 seconds for $29.96 (one moment, one punch) or 30 seconds for $49.96 (the full story — more details, more chirps).

Is it really custom?

Every video is a one-of-one, never repeated, never templated — made with Big John's own AI, trained on him, sounds like him, 'cause it IS him. AI ain't perfect, which is why the examples are right on the page. But this can't be copied. Ever.

What if they have a tricky name?

The order form has a "How do you say it?" box. Spell it like it sounds — Tkachuk becomes "kah-CHUCK" — and Big John says it right. Easy name? Skip it.

Can I return or get a refund on a video?

No — custom videos are made to order and all sales are final. But we stand behind the work: if yours came out sideways (wrong name, off your brief, a quality miss), email bigjohndangles@gmail.com and we'll re-cut it. We make it right.

What can I do with my video?

It's yours to keep forever — download it, post it, gift it, blast it at the banquet. No strings. Big John may also showcase your video on bigjohndangles.com and his socials — that's free press for ya. Want yours kept private? Just email us.

How long does my download link last?

The delivery page stays live for about 7 days — download and save your copy when it lands and the file is yours forever.

Is there anything Big John won't say?

Keep it fun. No hate, nothing about how somebody looks, and famous names ride along as shout-outs — never targets. Briefs that cross the line get the clean version or don't run at all.

Can I gift one?

Absolutely — order it with their details, download it, and send it however you want. Scheduled gift delivery is coming.

How is this different from The Mic Drop?
